Remi graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a Diploma in Respiratory Therapy. Prior to coming to Hauer and Company she became an integral member on staff at Royal Inland Hospital’s Respiratory Therapy department as part of the healthcare team responsible for the treatment and care of adults, pediatrics and infants with a variety of cardio-respiratory illnesses and disabilities. She is also an adjunct faculty at Thompson Rivers University, and has also led a team of students to Peru to medically volunteer, lecture to physicians and help initiate a Respiratory Therapy program in Lima.
Her continuing education in Sleep and Health Science’s degree has yielded a pediatric sleep initiative in Kamloops borne from a pilot project she created. She also organizes Sleep Conferences and lectures in Respiratory Therapy, and has completed a leadership project in Safety and Risk at Interior Health Authority.
For Hauer and Co. Remi provides administrative support to the office manager and guidance to clients as she carefully takes you through the circumstances of your accident so that the lawyer you meet with has all the important information to give you the advice you need. Her background in healthcare, work with the injured and disabled, along with her sensitive approach to her work guarantees that you will receive the support you need.
Remi is certified with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and registered with the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT) and CSRT. Outside of law Remi enjoys acting, leadership activities, public speaking, and volunteering through her St. Ann’s school community.
