Nini joined our team after having been employed as an accounting technician for one of Kamloops larger construction companies where she was responsible for preparing financial reports, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, all government reporting, cash flow reports, managing all aspects of the accounting systems, providing planning and improving administrative systems and processes.
She has owned, managed and led three successful Kamloops-based companies. In each of these positions she was co-owner, office manager and controller while overseeing all of the accounting, administrative, and human resource operations. She provided key leadership in building a small two-person shuttle bus service into a large multi-vehicle tourism and transportation operation. Nini’s success as an accounting technician and office management professional enabled her to provide her expertise with planning and budget control and financial and administrative operations as an independent contractor to a number of local Kamloops businesses in the construction, veterinary medicine, automotive, trucking & excavating work, rock works, and recreation industries.
As an Accounting Technician and Office Manager at Hauer and Co., Nini oversees the day-to-day financial, administrative, and human resource operations of the law office while servicing the firm’s clients with the utmost professionalism. She takes great care in helping clients and the families of those who have suffered serious injuries find hope and assistance in returning to their pre-accident lives and ambitions.
She received her Accounting Technician Degree and Business Administration Certificate from TRU. Nini is actively involved with the community including volunteering her time in the pastoral care ministry visiting and bringing communion to the sick and dying in the hospitals. She is presently the secretary and takes the minutes at all of the Pastoral Care meetings. In her recreational time, Nini loves downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, golfing, lake boating, Mahjong, and doing puzzles of all sorts.
